QUEST PARK DATA CAMPUS
The importance of data centres

The infrastructure behind the modern economy.

Every video call, cloud document, online payment and AI query depends on them. The constraint is no longer demand or land - it is power.

Data centres are the foundation of the modern economy. Every video call, cloud document, online payment and AI query depends on them. As artificial intelligence accelerates, demand for high-power, well-connected data centre capacity is growing faster than the UK can currently supply it - and investment that cannot be placed in Britain will move to Amsterdam, Dublin, Frankfurt or Paris instead.

In 2024 the UK Government designated data centres as Critical National Infrastructure, recognising their central role in economic growth and national resilience. The constraint is no longer demand or land - it is power. Grid connection queues now stretch well into the next decade across much of the country.

Quest Park is designed to meet that challenge directly: a large, consented, well-connected site with power secured through both a 400MW grid connection and on-site private generation. It is infrastructure built for the demands of today and the growth of tomorrow.

A site purpose-built for the AI era.
