Quest Park Data Campus
Investment & partnership

UK data centre investment, de-risked.

Quest Park is open to joint-venture, capital and hyperscale partners. A 143-acre, power-secured, consented campus — the three things UK data centre site selection normally cannot deliver in one place.

Site selection

The four constraints that decide every UK data centre deal.

Power, planning, land and location. Most UK sites solve two. Quest Park solves all four on a single plot.

Power secured

400MW grid connection in place, with on-site private generation delivered alongside AVK. No queue. No conditional offer. Power is the constraint — Quest Park has solved it.

Consent in hand

Existing June 2024 planning consent for 1.5m sq ft establishes accepted bulk and scale. Single integrated Development Consent Order route in progress for full build-out.

Site selection settled

143 acres on a single contiguous plot, 35 minutes from central London, on the UK's emerging compute corridor. Designated Critical National Infrastructure.

Institutional-grade

Volterra Partners economic needs assessment supports a net additional 6,365 UK jobs and £46–£73m GVA per year. National-significance designation underwrites long-term operating certainty.

Who we work with

Three partner profiles.

01

Hyperscale & AI operators

Power-on dates the market cannot match. Build-to-suit and turnkey campus options on a single consented plot.

02

Infrastructure capital

Long-duration, inflation-linked exposure to UK Critical National Infrastructure with a power moat that is structurally difficult to replicate.

03

Development & JV partners

Phased delivery on consented land, with a planning head start that meaningfully de-risks programme and capital deployment.
